Description

IO’s real estate portfolio consists of properties which are both leased and owned. IO is (i) a tenant in premises owned by a third party, and (ii) a landlord of properties which are owned; and requires the services of a service provider to perform certain transaction management services to accommodate both situations. Transaction management services require an experienced approach to portfolio strategy, the processing of lease transactions and ongoing collaboration with the successful proponent of the Real Property Services procurement.
