Real Property Services require an integrated and strategic approach in managing both owned and leased portfolio. IO requires innovative approaches to manage its deferred maintenance backlog for portfolio of aging infrastructure.  Services required are tactical and operational, and will include the provision of building services, asset renewal works, lifecycle management, lease administration with landlord management, smart buildings and occupancy planning with a mindset of modernization and optimal utilization. This contract requires ongoing and exemplary collaboration with the successful proponent in the Transaction Services Procurement throughout the contract term.
