Description

The purpose of this RFSO is to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (“SOA”) with qualified real estate advisory specialists (the “Qualified Respondent”) for the provision of services described in Appendix “A” of Schedule 3 Draft Standing Offer Agreement (“Scope of Services”).
The intent of the RFSO is to create a roster of qualified respondents that IO can source to investigate, facilitate, and implement development and optimization opportunities on provincially owned assets/ lands and privately owned lands where there is an opportunity to enter commercial transactions with third-party developers to maximize program outcomes. The Qualified Respondent(s) that form the RFSO roster will assist IO in the facilitation and delivery of Landmark Projects (LP), Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC), Social Purpose Projects (SPP), and Strategic Advisory Services.
