Request for Standing Offers for Cost Consulting Services.

Respondent shall prepare its Technical Submission in reference to one or more of the following four (4) categories as described in Appendix A to Schedule 3 - Scope of Services (“Scope of Services”):

Category A - Social Infrastructure (Small/under $100M): These Projects may include smaller single site new development, refurbishment or renovation of institutional facilities including Hospitals, Courthouses, Correctional facilities or other Projects with similar attributes
Category B - Social Infrastructure (Large/over $100M): These Projects may include larger single or multi-site new development, refurbishment or renovation of institutional facilities including Hospitals, Courthouses, Correctional facilities or other Projects with similar attributes
Category C - Civil Infrastructure: These Projects may include linear infrastructure projects involving Roads, Highways, Transit facilities or other Projects with similar attributes
Category D - Technology/Systems Infrastructure: These Projects may include significant technology focused components, either separately procured, or as part of a related construction-focused Project that relies on complicated communications, networks, or computational components either through wired or wireless technologies.
