Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation (“Infrastructure Ontario” or “IO”) is issuing this RFSO to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (“SOA”) with the Qualified Respondents for the provision of Services described in Appendix “A” to Schedule 3 of this RFSO on an “as and when required” basis. Infrastructure Ontario's Loan Program has helped support more than $18.7 billion in local infrastructure investments across Ontario. It provides affordable, long-term financing to public sector clients, allowing them to modernize and renew their infrastructure.
