Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to engage an insurance advisor to assist in developing a comprehensive insurance program. In addition, IO seeks an advisor with the ability to provide services as outlined in Appendix A (Scope of Services) to Schedule 3-Draft Agreement (the “Services”).
Services to be provided will include:

Review and understand business requirements and provide recommendations for program enhancements;
Program Marketing (with insurers having a secure A.M. Best rating of B+ or greater, or the equivalent);
Provide updates on current trends that may impact IO;
Benchmarking against comparable organizations to IO;
Claims Management Support; and
Annual Stewardship and Program Review Report. Note: Services related to IO’s Construction Insurance Program (IO CIP) are not included in this RFP.
