The purpose of this RFSO is to enter into a Standing Offer Agreement with qualified vendors to provide Real Property and Municipal Tax Assessment Services. Qualified Vendors will conduct analyses and/or prepare reports and make recommendations concerning the realty tax assessment related to properties that are owned by the Ontario Government, leased by or from the Ontario Government, or that the Ontario Government has an interest in.
