Description

The Supplier will be required to provide, direct, and coordinate a broad range of engineering and technical services and deliverables to support the Sponsors in the planning and procurement of an Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) Project Agreement leading to the delivery of the Highway 401 West Widening Project (the “Project”). Once the Project has been procured, the Supplier will be required to support the Sponsors in the delivery and provide oversight for a period ending three months past final completion, of the Project in accordance with the contract document governing the rights and obligations between the Sponsors and the consortium chosen to deliver the Project (the “Project Agreement”). The consortium will be referred to as “Project Co”.

Respondents must submit an executed Non-Disclosure Agreement attached as Schedule 5 to this Request for Proposals in order to gain access to the additional background information in the E-Room (Accellion). The executed NDA must be submitted by email in PDF format to the Contact Person identified in Schedule 1 Data Sheet - Section 3.3(1).
