Description

This RFP is to select a training provider to deliver a training program, provisionally titled ‘Challenging Conversations’, for IO employees that will build the skills and confidence of employees in navigating and managing difficult conversations.

As such, the program must:

i) Offer a practical approach and role-modelling of productive behaviours in various scenarios.

ii) Offer focused guided practice (experiential learning) with immediate and actionable feedback, to help participants internalize new concepts and integrate new behaviours.

iii) Help build self-awareness around habitual behaviours of each participant (productive and unproductive).

iv) Have practical and realistic post-training activities to support the application of new/enhanced skills.This training program shall support the learners in making the shift towards more effective on-the-job application of these skills.
