Description

The CAMH 1D Forensic Project is to be delivered under the P3 Design, Build, Finance (DBF) model.
CAMH provides forensic mental health services to forensic patients who may require assessments, treatment, and/ or rehabilitation. The forensic building will contain areas of inpatient services (including 234 inpatient beds), a common, central programming space (including recreational, therapeutic and social space)and outdoor patient programming area, outpatient services, administrative services (including Ontario review board hearing rooms), security services and building support services. All inpatient forensic services, a portion of outpatient forensic services, some staff areas (admin, OPIC, OP staff) and Ontario Review Board ("ORB") services will be delivered within a secured perimeter.
