Description

Infrastructure Ontario requires advisors to support in the development and implementation of commercial measures in procurement and implementation of projects under various delivery models, based on an integrated and collaborative approach to capital delivery. The collaborative and behavioural advisor is relied upon as a key support in an evolution of procurement and contractual documents towards an integrated partnership with bidding vendors.

As such, IO is looking to establish Standing Offer Agreements with Qualified Respondents to facilitate an efficient and effective engagement for advisory services to support specific projects undertaken by IO, through a range of procurement delivery models including P3, alliance contracting and Integrated Project Delivery (“IPD”). The extent of the collaborative and behavioural advisor’s role will vary as appropriate to the delivery model and project type.
