Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to select a Successful
Respondent for the provision of Architectural Services for Fire Alarm and Sprinkler
Systems (the “Services”) at 361 University Avenue, Toronto.

Respondents must submit an executed Non-Disclosure Agreement attached as
Schedule 5 to this RFP in order to gain access to the additional background
information in the secure FTP site Accellion. The executed NDA must be
submitted by email in PDF format to the Contact Person identified in Section
3.3(1), identifying the name of the firm, contact person’s phone number, and email address that will access the additional background information. Upon receipt, IO will notify the Respondent by email on how to access the information in Accellion.

2. Completed and Signed Proposal Submission Form (Schedule 2)
3. Proof of Insurance: Each Respondent should provide a Certificate of
Insurance that shows or a letter from their insurer which confirms that
they have the ability to obtain all of the required types of insurance in the
amounts set out in the draft agreement. In the event that the
Respondent is a Multi-Party Entity, then the Respondent should submit
Certificates of Insurance or letter(s) from the insurer(s) stating that each
party to the Multi-Party Entity has the ability to obtain the required
coverage. Certificates of Insurance and letters from insurers must
reference the RFP number on the document.
