Description

Background
The RFP invites Respondents to submit Proposals to provide Architect of Record (AOR) consulting services for the Brockville Correctional Complex & St. Lawrence Valley Correctional Treatment Centre (“BCC-SLVCTC”) Project.

Architect of Record to undertake the preparation of detailed design documents and provide overall construction contract administration for the BCC-SLVCTC project, a bundled project of two correctional facilities:

Brockville Correctional Complex (“BCC”) - a new facility, and
St. Lawrence Valley Correctional Treatment Centre “SLVCTC”) - an expansion connecting to an existing facility.

Refer to Schedule 2 – Project Information to RFP Schedule 3 – Draft Architect’s Agreement for project background and project information.

Services
Refer to Schedule 3 – Scope of Services to RFP Schedule 3 – Draft Architect’s Agreement for detail description of the Services that Infrastructure Ontario requires.
