Description

The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a contractor to, in collaboration with ICTC’s Digital Strategy and Operations teams, design and develop a master framework and component library to enable the rapid development of, in particular, three specific websites immediately, and in general, additional websites that support a variety of business services and programs over the next three years.
