ITA2019-03 - Information Technology Services

ITA is seeking a qualified organization to perform the full range of information technology services.
 
The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Submission process (the "NRFS") is to identify prospective qualified organization(s) with the capability and experience to efficiently and cost-effectively supply the NRFS requirements as set out in Sections 3 and 4 of this document and solicit submissions for expert information technology services and support.
 
If no organization is able or willing to provide the full range of services as described in this document, or the cost of such services is exceeding ITA's available budget, ITA is open to discuss any potential hybrid models interested parties are willing to propose.
 
In summary, this NRFS is issued solely for the purpose of obtaining submissions. Neither the issuance of this NRFS nor the submission of a submission implies any obligation by ITA to enter into any agreement. The intent of this NRFS is to identify those suppliers capable of meeting ITA's requirements and with whom a final agreement may be negotiated.
