Description

The IESO operates out of three separate locations within the GTA. This Request for Quotation is for Carpet Cleaning and Maintenance Services for our Clarkson location only located in Mississauga, Ontario.

Our Clarkson location consists of 87,500 square feet of carpet distributed over three floors and contains office furniture and equipment that services approximately four hundred (400) employees. The IESO requires proponents that will provide professional carpet cleaning services that include:

Regular cleaning and treatment of the entire square footage of carpet as well as general spot maintenance.
Cleaning of wall panels and office furniture on an ad hoc basis.
Provision of the required services in accordance with the IESO's LEED Green Cleaning standards.
