Notice of Intent (NOI):
This is to notify prospective vendors that Humber College is in the process of developing the Request for Proposal (RFP) document for Lighting Retrofit - North Campus - Buildings E & J:
The key objective of the project is understood to be the design, tender and construction administration of a comprehensive lighting retrofit project that includes interior lighting and lighting controls in the following north campus buildings E, J, IE & Ex – aggregating to an in-scope area approximately equal to 170,000ft2. Buildings E & J form the bulk of the area and are primarily dedicated to academic functions (classrooms and labs), Building IE & Ex are small and primarily house retail space. All buildings in the project scope will be occupied and fully operational during the retrofit; the bulk of the retrofit work is expected to occur after hours.
