This is to notify prospective bidders that Humber is in the process of developing the Request for Proposal (RFP) document for the following.

The RFP is to obtain proposals from proponents for General Contracting Services for individual projects not exceeding $1million to be executed by Capital Development and Facilities Management department of Humber College.
Humber College (Humber) is therefore seeking experienced General Contractors / Construction Managers (Contractor) to qualify for delivering General Contracting or Construction Management for renovation projects at all Humber College facilities within the Humber College Campus locations:
- North Campus – 205 Humber College Blvd, Toronto, Ontario M9W 5L7
- Lakeshore Campus - 3199 Lake Shore Blvd. W., Toronto, Ontario, Canada M8V 1K8
- Orangeville Campus - 275 Alder Street, Alder Street Recreation Complex, Orangeville Ontario, Canada, L9W 5A9
Renovations consists of the following but not limited to: demolition of interior spaces, mechanical work, electrical work, asbestos abatement, lighting, construction of partitions, reflected ceiling (T-bar, drywall and others), mechanical lighting, electrical & data, finishes.
The selected qualified Contractors will be shortlisted into a list, which will be used to solicit quotations for various projects as required for Humber. Humber will typically request a stipulated Lumpsum quotation from all qualified Contractors and select the best tender.

SEALED PROPOSALS, clearly marked as to contents and on forms supplied by Humber College, can be downloaded from www.MERX.com, on or before:

2:00 p.m. local time
The date is to be determined and will be documented in the forthcoming RFP

The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
