Description

This Request for Proposal is being issued by Humber to obtain Proposals from Proponent(s) for the supply of an Events Management Software (“Goods”), together with related services (“Services”) (collectively, the “Goods and Services”).

The Goods and Services are designed to replace Conference Services’ existing events management software and associated database with a new cloud-based event management software that is user-friendly and will be used by Humber’s internal conference staff. The software should be adaptable enough to allow for the unique aspect of various event venues, overnight accommodations etc. and other event services we offer as a one-stop-shop service provider, such as catering, parking, AV etc.
An overview of the initial and potential Goods and Services that relate to this Request for Proposal is included in Appendix C - Scope of Work.
