Description

This Request for Proposal is being issued by Humber College to obtain proposals from General Contractor’s (GC’s) for the construction of a new DX receiving and building addition at Humber College, North campus.

This is a two-storey building with the main floor to be the new warehouse / receiving / loading dock areas. The new addition is approximately 900 Sq.M (or approximate 9,700 Sq. Ft.) and connected to existing building D. The first floor consist mostly of a storage warehouse space with fridges & freezers, equipment & dry storage, cart preparation area, trolley wash stations, administrative work stations and two (2) loading dock areas. In addition, three (3) new classrooms will be built on the second floor with smart podium and regular classroom setting with tables and chairs.

The mandatory site meeting will be held at Humber College, North Campus, 205 Humber College Blvd., Etobicoke ON M9W 5L7, and is scheduled for Thursday, October 03, 2019, at 9:00AM, building D, room D134.
Note: you must be present within 10 minutes of the meeting start time, after 10 minutes you will no longer have an opportunity to sign in or submit a bid.
