Notice of Intent (NOI):

This notice is to inform prospective vendors that Humber College is preparing a Request for Proposal (RFP) document for the CTI 5th floor Event Space Project. A formal RFP document with the complete scope will be posted subsequently on MERX in the near future.

Brief Scope:
The renovation is to provide Centre for Technology & Innovation (CTI) 5th floor with event spaces. This will include 3 large seminar rooms, a servery area, M/F/WC washrooms, and 2 storage rooms.
New construction to include but not limited to: New partitions, doors/frames/hardware, flooring, painting, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, movable partitions, blinds, Tbar, AV equipment.
The expected latest start date is April 1, 2021.
