This is to notify prospective vendors that Humber is in the process of developing the Request for Proposal (RFP) document for Birmingham Parking Lot Construction as per follwoing:

Humber College is seeking a suitable vendor/ general contractor for construction of a parking lot on a brownfield site at 170 Birmingham Street for approximately 344 vehicles to serve the Humber Lakeshore Campus. The work includes environmental site remediation, installation of a Permeable Reactive Barrier (PRB) and complete parking lot construction including all parking related equipment.
