growth strategies as well as provide better customer/member insights and analytics. Traditionally, HRPA conducts regular member and student surveys as one input, however we have a need to develop customer journey maps and understand price sensitivities as well as understand member/customer preferences and leverage points within the HRPA portfolio of programs and services.
These insights and analytics will inform the creation of customer journey maps within the Lifecycles Project, inform the Pricing Strategy and inform the Growth Strategy.
HRPA is seeking a firm that is well-versed and experienced in customer and market insights and analytics.
The successful vendor for all three components has the expertise to conduct focus groups, administer surveys, conduct conjoint analysis and administer behavioural sciences research. Also it is important that each vendor has experience and expertise in the creation of customer personas. Note: vendors can bid on any one or all of the three components.

HRPA is seeking a firm to assist us with developing Customer Insights and Analytics that:
1. Report insights and analysis into customer value perceptions and conjoint analysis
2. Report insights and analysis into behavioural preferences to join HRPA
3. Developing customer personas
Vendors can bid on any combination of the three options above, or all options. Please indicate which options you are submitting your bid on.

The best approach to your submission is that you clearly demonstrate your ability to deliver on the decision criteria outlined in the Selection Criteria below and provide your initial thoughts on the project. The only limitation on the format of the proposals is that they must be easily shared digitally due to the ongoing remote working environments
