Neighbourhood Link Homes (Owner) is a provider of social and affordable housing operating approximately 174 units, located at 11 Coatsworth Crescent in Toronto, Ontario. HSC, on behalf of the Owner and acting as the Owner’s representative, is pre-qualifying general contractors interested in the execution of a proposed balcony(s) refurbishment project.
