Description

Sutherland Place & Trinity Place ("Owners"), providers of social and affordable housing in Cobourg, Ontario, invite bids for make-up air unit replacements.

Mandatory site visits are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2022 beginning at 199A Sutherland Crescent in Cobourg and continuing to 25 James Street East in Cobourg. It is mandatory that Proponents attend BOTH meetings. Proponents unable to attend BOTH meetings may be disqualified from the RFP.

Housing Services Corporation ("HSC") is administering this ITT process on behalf of the Owner.
