The Newfie Housing Co-Operative consists of 12 townhouse units on adjacent streets in the Cowie Hill area of Halifax. Kitchen retrofit and upgrade work, along with flooring will be completed to varying degrees in each unit.
A site visit is scheduled for Monday, April 10, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. ADT, Halifax time at 112 Ridge Valley Road, Halifax, NS. It is mandatory that Bidders attend this meeting. Bidders unable to attend this meeting may be disqualified from bidding.
All interested bidders to please submit flooring, cabinets, and counters (material and product cut sheets) as part of the tender evaluation process before award. Award will be based on combination of price and products best suited for the intended application.
Housing Services Corporation ("HSC") is administering this ITT process on behalf of the Owner.

Closing Date: Friday, April 28, 2017 by 2:00 p.m. EDT, Toronto time.
