Description

HPC Housing Investment Corporation (HIC) invites prospective proponents who are experienced and qualified underwriters of debt capital markets financings to provide advisory and underwriting services to HIC (the Services). HIC is seeking to establish a debt capital markets borrowing program in order to supply low cost, long-term, fixed rate financing to the Canadian affordable housing sector. The successful proponent(s) will assist HIC in executing its initial offering.

Housing Services Corporation (HSC) is one of three founding members of HIC. This RFP is issued by HSC as agent for and on behalf of HIC.
