Description

Winkleigh Co-operative Housing Corporation ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating approximately 77 units of housing in Hamilton, Ontario, invites submissions for an engineering study for building investigation for structural issues.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. EDT, Toronto time, at 100 Legett, Hamilton, ON L8W 2C3. It is mandatory that Proponents attend this meeting – Proponents will be required to sign in as well as e-mail rfp@hscorp.ca to confirm their attendance. Proponents unable to attend this meeting may be disqualified from the RFP.

Housing Services Corporation ("HSC") is administering this RFP process on behalf of the Owner.
