Peterborough Co-operative Homes Inc. ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating 59 townhouse units in Peterborough, Ontario, invites submissions for engineering services for roof replacement at Applewood Crescent and Applewood Court.

A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. EDT at 4 Applewood Court, Peterborough, ON K9K 1N6. It is mandatory that Proponents attend this meeting. Proponents unable to attend this meeting may be disqualified from bidding.

Housing Services Corporation ("HSC") is administering this RFP process on behalf of the Owner.
