Description

Houselink and Mainstay Community Housing (HLMS) ("Owner"), Toronto’s largest non-profit supportive housing agency, invites bids for electrical upgrades.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. EDT on Monday, July 22, 2024 at 1187 Queen Street East, Toronto. It is mandatory that Bidders attend the entire meeting. Bidders unable to attend the entire meeting may be disqualified from bidding.

An optional site visit at 138 Claremont Street, Toronto, will follow after the 1187 Queen Street site visit.
