Green Stem Housing Co-operative ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating approximately 18 units of housing in Halifax, Nova Scotia, invites Bids for designated substance surveys.

A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. ADT, Halifax time, at 6176 Willow Street, Halifax, NS. It is mandatory that Bidders attend this meeting. Bidders unable to attend this meeting may be disqualified from bidding.

Housing Services Corporation ("HSC") is administering this ITT process on behalf of the Owner.

Closing Date: Thursday, May 4, 2017 by 2:00 p.m. EDT, Toronto time.
