Houselink and Mainstay Community Housing ("Owner"), Toronto’s largest non-profit supportive housing agency, invites submissions for consulting services for an elevator modernization at 2767 Dundas West in Toronto, ON.

A mandatory project briefing, via Zoom webinar, has been scheduled as follows: 11:30 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, August 1, 2023. The link to join the webinar is below. It is strongly recommended that Proponents test the link below in advance of the meeting and join early to avoid any possible technical issues. It is mandatory that Proponents attend this meeting. Proponents unable to attend this meeting may be disqualified from submitting a proposal.
