Albro Court Housing Co-operative ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating approximately six structures containing 24 townhouse units of housing in six buildings on Cedar Court in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, invites Bids for bathroom updates.

A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, November 9, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., AST, Halifax time, at 6 Cedar Court, Dartmouth, NS B3A 2K2. It is mandatory that Bidders attend this meeting. Bidders unable to attend this meeting may be disqualified from bidding.

Housing Services Corporation ("HSC") is administering this ITT process on behalf of the Owner.
