Sutherland Place Co-operative Homes Inc. ("Owner"), a co-operative housing provider operating 18 units of housing in Cobourg, Ontario, invites submissions for a balcony study.

A mandatory project briefing, via Zoom webinar, has been scheduled as follows: 10:00 a.m. EST on Monday, November 27, 2023. The link to join the webinar is below. It is strongly recommended that Proponents test the link below in advance of the meeting and join early to avoid any possible technical issues. It is mandatory that Proponents attend this meeting. Proponents unable to attend this meeting may be disqualified from submitting a proposal.
