# HM_2017-18-0035 - Peer/Constructability Reviewer Services for the Orléans Health Hub (OHH)

The Orléans Health Hub (OHH) will be a new Centre, bringing together several health and community service Partner Organizations that will respond to client needs within an improved and comprehensive service delivery model(s) of care; one(s) that will be different from current models for ambulatory and community services. The OHH will set a new standard in integrated health and community service delivery; it will be a prototype for others to follow.

The Design of the facility will also focus on patient and staff amenities providing a clearly defined and welcoming facility entry point; an intuitive and readily understandable public circulation pattern; access to natural light; compact Design; flexible patient rooms; and logical and simple mechanical/electrical distribution systems. It is key to the Project that the flexible and evolving nature of the health care delivery within this facility be mirrored in the building Design philosophy. The proposed building places a premium on dynamic flexibility, in order to meet the evolving needs of both patients and the medical services required to treat them.

This RFP is issued to invite you to submit a Proposal to provide Peer/Constructability Reviewer Services (the “Services”), as described in this RFP, to and on behalf of Montfort, and on behalf and in collaboration with the Partner Organizations for the OHH. Proposals shall be in accordance with all of the requirements set forth herein.
