This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by Hôpital Montfort (“HM”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for data governance as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
In this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), HM is seeking experienced partners specializing in data governance to collaborate with us on enhancing HM data governance practices. Our aim is to develop a comprehensive plan for the strategic advancement of data governance, focusing on the following key steps:
1- Current State Assessment of the existing data governance architecture.
2 - Future State with specific objectives for advanced data governance.
3 - Roadmap and Proof of Concept for implementing a best-practice data governance structure and the development of a detailed roadmap spanning a 3 to 5-year timeframe to realize these objectives.
It's important to note that HM’s data governance initiative is an ongoing program that should align seamlessly with HM’s broader data management strategy at the hospital. It will determine the priorities and directions for all data-related projects, ensuring that data actions are well-coordinated, effective, and consistent. This encompasses both clinical and non-clinical data management activities, including data privacy, data quality management, reference data management, metadata management, and optimizing data organization and utilization.
Ultimately, the overarching goal of this project is to enhance HM’s internal ownership and management of data, thereby facilitating the realization of HM's strategic objectives. It’s important for HM to find a partner who can help achieve this important mission.
