Description

The Orléans Health Hub (OHH) will be a new Centre, bringing together several health and community service Partner Organizations that will respond to client needs within an improved and comprehensive service delivery model(s) of care; one(s) that will be different from current models for ambulatory and community services. The OHH will set a new standard in integrated health and community service delivery; it will be a prototype for others to follow.

As part of the operational planning and Design activities, the OHH Project has a requirement for Commissioning Agent Services to support the OHH Project through Stages 4 to 5 of Ontario’s Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MOHLTC) Capital Planning Framework. The Successful Proponent will be considered the Commissioning Agent for the Project and shall provide professional services as described in the Scope of Work and the resulting Agreement.
