RFP#2023‐02‐IT‐001 - RFP for IT support, Services and Project Resources for HEC

Any questions concerning this RFP should be directed to Dan Dwyer via the IT‐RFP@hec‐esc.ca mailbox, with the
subject heading “RFP for IT Support, Services and Project Resources” within the deadline indicated
in the above RFP Process Timetable. 

Under no circumstances should HEC’s staff be contacted directly
during the RFP Process, other than as outlined in this RFP, unless vendors already have work
underway with HEC.

HEC will provide, by email, written responses to the questions submitted by prospective vendors no
later than the deadline for HEC’s team’s answers set out within the Timetable.

HEC will respond to all questions submitted but will not attribute the questions to any person or
entity. HEC’s team may, in its sole discretion:
•     Answer similar questions from various Respondents only once
•     Edit the language of the questions for the purpose of clarity
•     Respond to questions submitted after the questions submission deadline if HEC believes that
such responses would be of assistance to the Respondents generally; and
•     Exclude submitted questions if they are ambiguous or incomprehensible.

It is the Respondent’s responsibility to seek clarification from HEC on any matter that it considers to be
unclear within the RFP Documents. HEC will not be responsible for a misunderstanding by a Respondent of
any part of the RFP Documents, the RFP Process or description of the Financial Services.
