Description

Quinte Health Care Corporation, Horth Hastings Hospital is embarking on a renovation for a new interior upgrade to their existing diagnostic imaging department with the addition of a new CT Scanner.

General contractors and mechanical and electrical sub-contractors who wish to bid on Quinte Health Care Corporation North Hastings Hospital CT Scanner Project (referred to as The Project from here on in) are required to pre-qualify by submitting a fully completed Canadian Standard Construction Document CCDC 11 Contractor’s Qualification Statement. Submissions will be assessed using pre-established criteria on a point basis.

This is only to determine pre-qualified bidders and does not constitute a contract to complete work on The Project. Only prequalified firms will be permitted to bid and will be required to submit a separate stipulated sum bid for the project, at a later date and, if successful on the bid, the successful bidder will execute a CCDC-2 2020 contract with the Owner.
