General, mechanical, and electrical contractors who wish to bid on Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) and/or Providence Care (PC) and/or Quinte Health (QH) Projects in range from $121,200 to $2,000,000 are required to Pre-Qualify. Previously pre-qualified contractors and sub-contractors are required to re-apply. Submissions will be assessed using pre-established criteria on a point basis.
There is no intent to enter in an agreement specific to this RFP, but only to compile a list of Pre-Qualified Contractors (general, mechanical, and electrical contractors) for Projects ranging in construction value as noted above. Successful Proponents will be deemed Pre-Qualified Contractors for this purpose.
In addition to this pre-qualification RFP the Purchaser is running a separate pre-qualification RFP to compile a list of Pre-Qualified Contractors (general, mechanical, and electrical contractors) for Projects ranging in construction value from $2,000,000.01 to $20,000,000.00. General, mechanical, and electrical contractors can apply to be on multiple lists, but must submit for each list separately. They also must demonstrate experience with projects that are relevant for the value range. Each value range will be evaluated separately and general, mechanical, and electrical contractors can be on multiple lists simultaneously.
