Description

All Groupe Media TFO employees work exclusively with equipment provided by our Technology department.
The technology teams currently have the following internal tools to manage the computer equipment:
-Software and drivers update and deployment tool
-Deployment tool for workstations with predefined images
-An inventory tool for the computer equipment that allows scanning the equipment in order to obtain in real time the software versions and configurations of the stations
Prior to the pandemic, these tools were used through the internal network as employees worked only from the office.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, a large majority of Groupe Media TO employees work from home.
The use of the tools described above is still possible through our VPN access but sometimes complicates the work of our technical teams.
Groupe Media TFO use a Microsoft Windows environment for these workstations.
Groupe Média TFO would like to receive more information on tools or infrastructures that could solve these problems.
