Description

Grand River Hospital (GRH) is seeking qualified vendors for the supply of filters and parts for our Hemodialysis Equipment. A list of filters and parts that we are specifically looking for is attached in Appendix A. If you are not able to provide the filter specified you must provide a filter of equivalent specifications. Please upload specification sheets in Bonfire to the “Additional Information” section. No Charge samples of alternative product may be required for testing. Alternative product must be approved by GRH.

Contract would commence in September 2018.
