2022-15-T - Standing Offer for Emergency First Aid and CPR Training

2.1     QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Bidder must possess the necessary knowledge, skill and experience to supply the Emergency First Aid and CPR training and must meet the following mandatory criteria:
 

• The successful Bidder must be an approved First Aid Training Provider certified by WorkplaceNL.
• The successful Bidder will be working with children, and as such, must provide the following documents in relation to all of the successful bidder’s employees, officers, associates and/or approved sub-contractors who will perform the Services under the Agreement:

• Prior to performing Services, the successful Bidder must supply a valid Criminal Record Screening Certificate and a valid Vulnerable Sector Check which is dated within the past two (2) years and is acceptable to WorkplaceNL;
• Certificates are considered invalid two (2) years after the date of the certificate. Upon two (2) years after the date of the certificate, the successful bidder must supply a new valid Criminal Record Screening Certificate and a valid Vulnerable Sector Check which is acceptable to WorkplaceNL; and
• Prior to performing services and annually thereafter, the successful bidder must supply an executed Criminal Offence Declaration Form which is acceptable to WorkplaceNL in the form attached to the Standard Form Agreement in Appendix “D”.
