MANDATORY SITE ASSESSMENT/EXAMINATION

Bidders must visit the project site at 9:00 am on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 and
become familiar with the surroundings and scope of work prior to submitting a Bid.
Upon arrival for site assessment, please ask for Mr. Jerry Welsh, Building
Superintendent. A “Declaration of Confidentiality/Conflict of Interest” in the form
attached hereto must be completed upon visit to the site for the
assessment/examination.
Due to Covid-19 precautions, WorkplaceNL will require all attendees to wear a
facemask or protective face covering while on WorkplaceNL premises, and physical
distancing protocols will be required to be adhered to.
