The Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission (“WorkplaceNL”) proposes to engage the services of a qualified Service Provider to supply professional service, support and administration of the WorkplaceNL’s Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP). WorkplaceNL has offices located in St. John’s, Grand Falls-Windsor and Corner Brook which employ approximately 375 employees. This means a shared responsibility and greater cooperative effort involving stakeholders in creating and sustaining a culture of health and safety.
The purpose of this RFP is to procure the Services of appropriately and duly qualified professional(s) to provide personal counselling services to WorkplaceNL employees and Eligible Family Members to allow access to a multitude of flexible and confidential counselling options including support for family, financial, career matters and health promotion. Specifically, the EFAP will provide the opportunity to support employees and their families with matters that are either affecting, or have the potential to affect work performance, health and wellness while creating and sustaining a culture of health and safety.
