Due to Covid-19 precautions, Bidders are required to submit Bids via electronic upload at www.merx.com (see Appendix “C” – Electronic Bid Instructions).
Bidders will be solely responsible for the delivery of their Bids, in their entirety, in the manner and time prescribed. Bids or any portion thereof, received after the closing time will not be considered
The Bidder must submit one (1) copy of the Bid and related documentation, including Appendix “A”, Check List.
The Bidder must submit one copy of the attached Appendix “B”, Bid Form, which must be signed by the Bidder or an authorized representative of the Bidder. If the Bidder is a corporation, the Bid must be signed by the authorized signing officer of the corporation.
