Description

The Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission ("WorkplaceNL") is inviting prospective Applicants to submit proposals for Travel Management.

WorkplaceNL reserves the right to contract with one provider of services for all regions, or to contract with separate providers, as required, to provide the required regional services. The term of the agreement will be for a period of three (3) years. WorkplaceNL will, in its sole discretion, have an option to extend the agreement for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each on the same terms and conditions. Should needs be identified or conditions change during the original agreement, the needs and/or conditions may be addressed in the Extension Agreement but pricing for the items identified in the original agreement will remain firm.
