The Bidder must submit the Bid and related documentation, including Appendix “A”, Check List. The Bidder must submit the attached Appendix “B”, Bid Form, which must be signed by the Bidder or an authorized representative of the Bidder. If the Bidder is a corporation, the Bid must be signed by the authorized signing officer of the corporation. It is essential that the Bid is complete and thoroughly addresses each requirement identified in the Tender, as incomplete Bids may be declared “non-responsive”.
