Newfoundland & Labrador Health Services (NLHS) is administering this RFP, in coordination with Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Health and Community Services (DHCS), to submit proposals for a Public Health Information System (PHIS), and a Vaccine Inventory Management Solution to complement the Epic applications suite it is planning to implement. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.
