RFP124006977 - Image Capturing Enforcement System

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to prospective proponents to submit Proposals for provision of a province-wide photo enforcement program, as further described in Appendix C – RFP Particulars (Section A. The Deliverables).

The Department of Digital Government and Service NL (DGSNL) requires contract services to support the administration of the program within the Province. The Proponent must supply, install, manage, and maintain an Image Capturing Enforcement System. This includes the supply, installation, inspection, testing, operation, and maintenance of all hardware, equipment and materials required to provide a fully operational ICES. This system must be deployable to urban, rural, and remote highway locations as defined by the Province.  The solution must capture images of the vehicle and the identification plate number of the vehicle. The images must conform to the requirements set out in APPENDIX C, Section E, Mandatory Technical Requirements (Product Specifications).
